Built 2030 is structured around various measures, which reflect specific and appropriate lines of support for the state of regional economic and social development, seeking, namely, to respond to the needs of companies. In this sense, four incentive subsystems were developed:

Structuring Businesses: in particular in promoting the broadening of the economic export base, the strategic reconversion of activities and the promotion of investment in new business areas;

Local Economic Base: In particular, in sectors of activity essentially directed towards domestic demand;

Young Investor: in dynamic sectors that contribute to the diversification and renewal of the business fabric;

Small Businesses: in sectors that contribute to economic and social cohesion.
