AIPA assists foreign citizens with the online renewal of their residence permits, through the online platform of the Foreigners and Borders Service.

Also assist with the entire regularization process in situations where foreign citizens have to go to the Foreigns and Borders Service offices, such as: renewal of permanent residence permits, visa extensions, family reunification, etc.

Foreign citizens are provided with all necessary procedural support, information and guidance about the legal regime governing the entry, stay, exit and removal of foreigners from Portuguese territory, including: scheduling appointments with the Foreigners and Borders Service; providing clarifications and assistance with family reunification processes, information and assistance with the statement of interest under the scope of art. 88(2) and art. 89, and we renew residence permits online.
