Psychological support is always provided by psychologists and has the following main purposes:

a) Assess the impact of the experience;

b) Help minimize the negative consequences and symptoms of the experience;

c) Refer the victim to specialized health services, if necessary;

d) Prevent future situations of victimization.

Non-Portuguese nationals – immigrants, refugees, or those who are in Portugal temporarily for other reasons – who have been victims of any type of crime.

Be a victim of a crime and/or violence.
