Each person’s situation is analyzed individually to ensure the best advice and support is given. In cases of emergency and lack of income, CRESAÇOR helps with purchases of medications and basic hygiene products, etc.; it helps to make contact with consulates/embassies; travel arrangements; housing support (temporary emergency shelter); food support (food bank, baskets of vegetables, miscellaneous products) among other emergency support.

The Migrant Support Office and CLAIM Azores, located in the CRESAÇOR building, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
