Each person’s situation is analyzed individually to ensure the best advice and support is given. The person must indicate the type of assistance required, and the time, place and medium (face-to-face, phone, videoconferencing). This assistance can take the form of accompanying the person to a doctor’s appointment, a trip to the emergency department, reading medical reports and explaining medications, among other services.

The Migrant Support Office and CLAIM Azores, located in the CRESAÇOR building, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
