An employment measure aimed at promoting the creation of new jobs by granting financial support to employers.
Portuguese citizens, citizens from the European Economic Area and citizens from Third Countries who hold residence permits.
– Young people who have recently graduated from courses with a qualification level equal to or higher than level IV of the National Qualifications Framework (QNQ), who have never worked in the respective training area, under a work contract, and have never completed an internship promoted by the Regional Government of the Azores (GRA), aged 30 years or less on the date of submission of the application. Recently graduated meaning that they have completed their course less than 12 months before;
– Unemployed people registered with the Training and Employment Centers (CQE), in a situation of social disadvantage and fragility, according to no 2 of article 5 of the Regional Regulatory Decree no. 29/2000/A of 13 September, amended and republished by the Regulatory Decree no. 3/2013/A of 21 May;
– Unemployed people registered with the Training and Employment Centers (CQE) for more than 12 consecutive months or, in the case of young people aged 30 years or less, for more than six months, on the date of the employment offer made by the employer;
– Trainees integrating an internship program, or that completed one less than six consecutive months ago and that have not worked during this period;
– Unemployed people registered with the Training and Employment Centers (CQE) that attend or have attended insertion programs and that are registered without interruption with the Training and Employment Centers after end of the measure.
Permanent contracts
Any employer who signs an employment contract is granted support for every job.

A measure of employment to encourage the geographic mobility of human resources between islands in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, with the aim of stimulating the labour market and the geographical and professional redistribution of labour by granting financial support to promote the settlement of workers and their families on different islands in the region.
Portuguese citizens, citizens from the European Economic Area and Third Country Nationals who hold residence permits.
– Unemployed people registered with employment agencies in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, or registered with Garantia Açores Jovem (Azores Youth Guarantee);
– Young people who have completed the L and T internship program and who have never worked after the end of the internship;
– People who have been resident for more than twelve months on the island that they want to leave (island of origin);
– The program does not apply to natives of the island where they intend to go to work.

This measure consists of the following cumulative support:
– Travel support: Travel costs for the family unit that will settle in the island of destination, specifically air or boat tickets that may not exceed the total value of 1.5 times the minimum monthly wage guaranteed in the region;
– Establishment support: amounting to 25% of the minimum monthly wage guaranteed in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, during the first 6 months of the employment contract (special conditions for family groups).
