Portuguese citizens, European Economic Area citizens and third country nationals (with a residence permit).

– Have ability and be available for work;

– Be of minimum working age and have completed compulsory education (this condition does not apply to those over 18);

– Hold one of the following valid identification documents:

a) foreign national’s identity card or passport – if a citizen of a country in the European Economic Area;

b) a document allowing you to reside in Portugal and access employment – if you are a citizen of a country from outside the European Economic Area.
